Eden Raviv (‘23) is eager to bring relevant stories and perspectives to the Latin community, in her role as News Editor. Eden joined The Forum staff after she was struck by the freedom granted to the periodical’s writers to express controversial and provocative ideas. While most people will question the power of a high school student to affect her community, Latin’s newspaper writers have demonstrated remarkable impact on their school and city. Eden hopes to follow in the footsteps of Latin’s activist writers, who have helped to make Latin a place of open discussion and critical evaluation. When not writing for The Forum, she is a member of the Math Team, Soccer Teams, and plays the violin.
