Marianne Mihas, Sports Editor

Marianne Mihas (’21) is one of ​The Forum’​ s first two Sports Editors ever. She is the captain of the cross country and track team as well as a member of the girls basketball team. She has written on a wide range of topics within and outside of sports, including a spotlight on aspiring college athletes to the experiences of Latin parents who are doctors during the COVID-19 pandemic. Marianne hopes that having a Sports Editor on ​The Forum​ will bring attention to Latin athletes' unseen accomplishments and encourage students to better appreciate the hard work students dedicate to their given sport in and out of school.
