Angela Gil

Angela Gil (’21) is a senior at Latin and is honored to be serving as The Forum’s Features Editor. She has written for The Forum ever since she moved to Chicago sophomore year, and has written pieces on topics as varied as the Latin pole-vaulting team, voter disenfranchisement, hydro flasks, and floods in Indonesia. Angela believes that The Forum gives students a voice so they can share their passions and interests with their peers, and she encourages students outside of The Forum staff to submit articles. In her free time, Angela enjoys making music, painting, and taking part in other groups and activities such as the Student Philanthropy Initiative, school plays, Romanettes, and the girls’ swim team.
