At the beginning of the week, Mr. Dunn spoke at gathering about how this is a time when we need to take care of each other. And that’s what this issue of The Forum is about— caring for each other, listening to each other, supporting each other in these difficult times. We started this year out with the hope that The Forum could be a place for discussion, where we can openly share our opinions for the sake of mutual understanding and respect. And this edition presents itself in a time when this goal couldn’t be of greater importance. The Forum is a medium in which we are all able to support each other. So comment. Read them all. And let it spark discussions that extend past this website. Xoxo, Danielle and Madeline ]]>

For some reason during moments of strong emotions I am reminded of how much songs impact me. They pump me up (Right Here Righ Now–Jesus Jones), they inspire me (One Day—-Matisyahu) and generally just allow me to be in touch with that intangible but unmistakeable feeling. So lots of Bob Marley is getting played right now in the car of course (Coming in From the Cold, One Love, Three Little Birds) and even a little Billy Joel (My Life). Thank you, Maddie and Danielle, for focusing on our community in this edition.
