A New Face

Tina Czaplinska News Editor So, you may have noticed a few familiar faces around the school recently. While the majority of them are probably freshman, a few of them are not. Mikhail Manasyan is part of this exception as an incoming junior. Mikhail comes from Lipsetsk, a small city outside of Moscow. Moving to Chicago in June, he enjoys exploring the city, seeing movies, and visiting shopping malls. At school, however, one can usually catch him studying in the library. Mikhail finds the Latin community to be very welcoming and enjoys the variation in class routine, but admits feeling totally bombarded with homework. If that alone doesn’t affiliate him with the majority of the student body, Mikhail’s musical preference is, in fact, dubstep. Welcome to Latin, Mikhail!]]>
