Donation bags have begun to accumulate in the Cradles to Crayons donation corner, located by Upper School main staircase, for a clothing, school supplies, and hygiene product drive from Nov. 18 to Dec. 5.
Cradles to Crayons is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing children with key items needed to thrive. Their Chicago site is located in North Center.
On their website, Cradles to Crayons requests “high-quality new and like-new items you are able to donate—for children newborn through age 12.”
These items will be delivered by the Cradles to Crayons Service Partners to children and families facing homelessness or low-income situations.
Sophomore Myles Antelis encouraged Latin students to participate, noting, “I think the clothing drive is a great way to support those in need during the holiday season.”
