On Nov. 1, The Forum polled Latin students on the 2024 Presidential election. Students could vote for one of the Presidential candidates on the Illinois ballot—Vice President Kamala Harris, former President Donald Trump, Robert Kennedy Jr., or a write-in candidate. Of the 200 votes received, here are the results.

Lyla Granich, Editor-in-Chief
Lyla Granich (‘26) is honored to serve as one of the Editors-in-Chief this year. Through tending to the school’s cultural body, she hopes to present a picture of Latin that is comprehensive, honest, and always authentic. Outside of The Forum, Lyla runs cross country and track, looks at shoes on Depop, and drags her friends to movies only she wants to see.

Teddy Lampert, Digital Editor-in-Chief
Teddy Lampert (’26) is excited to be serving as the Digital Editor-in-Chief for his fourth year on the Forum staff. He hopes to continue his work from last year as Digital Editor, building innovative ways to experience The Forum’s amazing content, and optimizing the website for reader experience. Outside of The Forum, he is a member of Latin’s Robotics team, Animatores Romani, and is a co-head of Tech Club.

Josiah Ricketts, Web Editor
Josiah Ricketts (’26) is excited to serve his second year as a Web Editor on The Forum. He hopes to create new and more engaging interactive content for users, as well as bring fresh insights to the website. Outside of The Forum, he is a member of the Latin School robotics team as well as the cross country and track teams.
