Latin students dressed in their baggiest clothes to mimic actor Adam Sandler on Thursday as a part of Latin’s Spirit Week, a series of dress-up days including Jersey Day, Pajama Day, Pink Out, and Orange and Blue Day.
“Adam Sandler Day is a great dress-up day because it allows students to go all out without looking too out of the ordinary,” sophomore grade rep Alex Stamos said. The outfits reflected that. Many Romans matched the theme with the baggiest clothes in their closet.
Although not everyone at the school participated, a considerable amount of students did. “I’m really happy with the participation, especially from the seniors, who have led well in school spirit,” said Senior Prefect Asher Schenk.
