Upper School substitute teacher Eleftheria Lialios’s “Timing Birds,” a multimedia art exhibit, debuted on November 25.

The exhibit, in Gallery 2 on the second floor of the Upper School, features various bird-inspired artistic pieces.

Art pieces include hanging prints of birds and three-dimensional sculptures of bird boxes. The pieces cover all four walls of the second-floor gallery, with some hanging in front of windows. The art pieces were sponsored by the Puffin Foundation, an organization offering grants to aspiring artists.

In the corner of the gallery, Ms. Lialios placed her “Through the Lens” series, which showcases telescopes with reflective prints of space and planets inside.

All work is for sale, and Ms. Lialios provided her information on a poster for those interested in owning a bird-themed creation. The exhibit will be open until December 20.

Senior Zoe Hessell said, “The exhibit was really cool and interesting to look at.”
