October is a great time for The Forum—now that school is back in swing, we can set our sights on all new goals. This issue’s objective? To write something for everybody. Are you interested in science? We’ve got you covered. Theater? That too. Do you have strong opinions on the sophomore booths? You’re in the right place.

This month, we’re also introducing our new “Voice of the Forum” editorials. These editorials are written by the editorial board of The Forum and focus on a particular issue in or around Latin. For this issue, the Voice of the Forum discusses the flaws of the Honor Council and suggests methods of improvement.

The Forum also welcomes many new writers this issue—Danielle Martin, El Buchanan, Zara Khan, Caroline Chu, and Eric Gofen. Each wrote great inaugural articles. And each, we’re sure, would testify as to how easy it is to get involved with The Forum. If you’re interested in writing an article, it simply means getting in touch with one of the Editors-in-Chief. Or, if you have a topic that you’d like to see covered in The Forum, just email your suggestion to [email protected]

If you haven’t already, please like The Forum’s Facebook page, follow us on Twitter (@LSCforum), and subscribe to our Youtube channel (Latin School Forum). We’ll be using those social media platforms more this year, so stay tuned!

With love,

Brianna and Frani
